Elder Law

Although Elder Law is not yet officially recognized under the Connecticut Rules of Practice as a specialty, it is a term that most people recognize. It can be defined to include planning for the range of legal and social concerns people face as they become senior citizens. We are experienced in guiding clients through these serious concerns. We offer strategies for planning for long term care and asset protection, and we counsel clients concerning governmental programs such as Medicare and Medicaid (also referred to as “Title 19”).
